How the real caterpillar looks like? After reading The Hungry Caterpillar
I guess every kids have read the book “The Hungry Caterpillar”. Have you seen a real caterpillar? Caterpillar look exactly like young leave color and some twig color. They camouflage themself in the leaf that is often very difficult to see they are actually there. Caterpillar is actually very small like 1cm long only.
We often notice that they are there when you see your leaves started look bald.
Do you know caterpillar turn into butterfly after they cocoon them self for 9 - 14 days.

The Hungry Caterpillar is really a good book by Eric Carl’s for your little one to start with. It teached numbers, colors, days, food and also the cycle of a caterpillar. Easy to read and easy to understand.
